Jamie is a pharmacist, executive coach and speaker, with a twenty-five-year career in healthcare and medical education. He is recognised as a forward thinking, innovative, leader, with a flair for communication and the ability to inspire and motivate individuals and audiences. Jamie has a unique skill set, blending his healthcare and clinical background with the technical (lean) and social (employee engagement, teams and behavioural change) aspects of transformational change.

Jamie is a Director at the Welsh Medicines Resource Centre and the All Wales Therapeutics and Toxicology Centre. He holds Honorary Senior Lecturer appointments in both the Cardiff University School of Medicine and the School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Science. He has authored academic papers, editorials and book chapters. In 2016 he was elected to the Welsh Pharmacy Board of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society. He is a Fellow of the Faculty of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. He is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
